1. Purpose of Website
This website is intended solely for informational purposes and to collect email addresses for the Pedibuff waitlist ahead of our launch. By using this website and submitting your email, you agree to these terms.
2. Product Launch & Availability
Pedibuff is currently in the pre-launch phase. Joining our waitlist does not guarantee product availability, nor does it establish a binding contract of sale. Launch timings, product features, and pricing are subject to change.
3. Intellectual Property
The Pedibuff name, branding, logo, product design, images, and all content provided on this website are exclusively owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws, including patents pending and registered designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
4. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website. This means you will not attempt to disrupt the site's functionality, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or malicious information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedibuff is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Information on the website is provided "as is" without any warranties.
6. Governing Law
These terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7. Founder Reservation Terms & Refund Policy
Nature of the Reservation: The £1 GBP Founder reservation is a voluntary pre-launch deposit that grants priority notification, early access to Kickstarter rewards, and locks in at least 20% off the planned £32 retail price for the Pedibuff Starter System.
Not a Product Purchase: The £1 reservation is separate from and does not constitute a purchase of the Pedibuff device or a Kickstarter pledge. You will still need to complete a reward pledge on Kickstarter when the campaign launches to receive the physical product.
Delivery & Taxes: Shipping and delivery fees are not included in the £1 reservation and will be charged separately during the Kickstarter fulfillment phase.
Refunds & Cancellations: The £1 Founder reservation is 100% refundable at any time prior to the close of our Kickstarter campaign. To request a refund, simply reply directly to your confirmation email or contact us at hello@pedibuff.com with your email address or Stripe reference.
Campaign Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Pedibuff does not proceed with the planned Kickstarter campaign, all £1 reservation payments will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method.
