Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, email-update preference, signup source and campaign information. If you make a Founder reservation, we also store payment references, the amount, payment status and refund status. Stripe processes your payment; we do not store your card details.
2. How We Collect It
We collect signup information when you submit a form and agree to Pedibuff email updates. We record the wording and time of that agreement. Making a Founder reservation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
3. Why We Collect It
We collect your email address for a single purpose: to notify you when Pedibuff officially launches. You will receive updates related to the timeline, early-bird pricing, and product news.
4. How Data is Stored & Used
We use Firebase (a Google Cloud service) to store signup and reservation records, Resend to deliver emails, and Stripe to process reservations. We also keep limited records to prevent repeated form submissions and repeated confirmation emails. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We record that preference so another form submission does not restart them. Reservation administration and payment confirmations are separate. Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Our marketing emails contain an unsubscribe link. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Optional analytics and advertising
With your choice to accept them, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and Meta helps us measure advertising. Optional tracking is off until you choose to allow it. You can accept or reject each category and change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Signup and reservations work without optional tracking.
6. Contact Us
